Factory Shop

Should you prefer a hands-on experience when selecting your tableware and other items, we have a factory shop that is open Monday through Friday, 9:30am until 4:30pm (UK times). These times exclude bank holidays as well as over the Christmas and New Year period when our shop and office will be closed.

Please call on +44 (0)1484 854 025 or email us on [email protected] to pre-book your visit. This will ensure appropriate staffing levels to provide you with the best personal experience. We will also use this opportunity to discuss our existing ranges and stock levels to avoid disappointment prior to your visit.

All sales from our factory shop are subject to a 10% discount off the Recommended Retail Price. If you visit us when our website has a sale with a larger discount, you will be given the same discount percentage.

Please bring along your credit/debit card or access to your PayPal account on your mobile device, so we can take payment more easily. We are unable to accept cash payments.

Upon arrival, please ring the bell for attention and a member of our team will provide access to our factory shop.

Please note that owing to Health & Safety procedures within our premises, children below the age of 18 will be refused access.

Our warehouse can be found on Knowle Lane which is up the hill leading from Meltham Mills to Honley on the left hand-side, or on the right-hand side if coming from Honley. Our logo is displayed above our entry, and the bell is located on the wall to the left of the door.
