How To Complain
Whilst we hope that you will never find reason to complain, we understand that things can go wrong from time to time.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tableware or houseware products or service, please let us know about it.
Please send a new email with a subject heading of 'Complaint' to [email protected].
Please include the reasons for your complaint and any other relevant information that will help us investigate further.
Your email will be forwarded on to an appropriate member of the management team for review.
All complaints will be responded to in a timely manner.
