All offers, promotions, sales and incentives are subject to availability of stock and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
We use Card Save and Paypal to securely process on-line payments for most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be taken when we process your order. We can accept and process telephone orders and orders via post. Where payment is made by cheque, please allow sufficient time for your cheque to clear.

For orders up to £49.99 there is a delivery charge of £6.00
Northern Ireland, Eire, Highlands, Grampian & Tayside.
FREE DELIVERY on all orders £150.00 and over.
For orders up to £149.99 there is a delivery charge of £15.00
Europe & Overseas
Please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1924 848300 if you wish to place an order for delivery to addresses outside the UK.
We will despatch your order promptly: You should receive your order within 3-5 working days for all in stock items. If for some reason your delivery doesn't arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.
When your goods arrive, please lightly shake the parcel to ensure that it hasn't been damaged in transit. If you suspect your parcel contents are broken, then do not sign for it. Just request for the parcel to be returned to us so that we can process your return and re-delivery as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that you are available to receive you parcel as a signature is required for all deliveries. To assist us in providing an efficient service, please advise us of any access restrictions or loading/unloading issues that may be relevant.
An email will be sent to the address you provide at the time of checkout to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
A tracking number will be provided where possible to enable you to track your order. Your order should arrive the next working day following this email.

Returns & Replacements

If when your goods arrive you suspect your parcel contents are broken, then do not sign for it. Simply request for the parcel to be returned to us so that we can process your return and re-delivery as quickly as possible.
- Please contact the sales office to inform a member of staff which item(s) you wish to return and the reason. They will provide you with a returns number which need to be clearly marked on the box.
- The box(es) need to be returned to the address below.

Once the goods have been inspected, we will offer a refund, replacement or credit. Returns notified after 3 days will not be accepted. We regret carriage is a direct cost and cannot be refunded.
Goods must be sent back in the original, undamaged packaging with sufficient protective material. Any goods received out of the original packaging, or that are returned incomplete will not and cannot be refunded.
Please mark any boxes FRAGILE in a large bold letters.
